Webinars

Attendees are strongly encouraged to work on queuing theory application projects at their organizations immediately upon completion of the seminar. For attendees interested in continuing support for their projects, two optional queuing theory application support webinars will be offered after the main seminar. The webinars will follow a Q&A format. Attendees will be required to submit their questions and data prior to the sessions for expert feedback on their specific projects. Our experience has been that webinar participants benefit not only in regards to their projects, but also from the discussion of other participants’ questions. During these webinars, faculty will provide guidance on choosing the right queuing models for various situations, gathering accurate data, performing the analyses, interpreting results as well as implementation guidance.
